Eligibility

1. Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2. Entrants must make a confirmed and paid booking with Luxe Pony Co. between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 (inclusive).

3. Bookings must be for wedding chauffeur services.

4. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Luxe Pony Co. are not eligible to enter.

5. Proof of age and identity may be required to claim the prize.

How to Enter

1. Every eligible booking made during the promotion period is given the choice to enter into the draw to win a wedding chauffeur experience for one vehicle for up to 4 hours free.

Runner-Up Offer

1. The first 20 valid bookings made during the promotion period will receive 20% off the total booking cost (minimum 4 hour booking).

2. The discount is applied at the time of booking confirmation and is non-transferable.

Booking Terms

1. Standard rescheduling policies still apply and will be handled in accordance with Luxe Pony Co.’s standard booking terms and conditions.

2. The winner must also agree to all standard booking terms, which will be provided before confirming the service.

3. To secure genuine bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking amount will apply.  

4. If a service date occurs or service is paid in full, before the competition is drawn and if the customer wins, the customer is entitled to a refund.

Competition Period

1. Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on Tuesday, 30 September 2025.

2. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 via @luxeponyco’s Instagram account.

Prize Details

1. One (1) winner will receive a free Mustang wedding chauffeur service for up to 4 hours on their booked wedding day.

2. This includes one Mustang vehicle with a professional chauffeur.

3. The wedding chauffeur service must be booked and used before 30 April 2026.

Winner Selection

1. The winner will be randomly drawn on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 and notified via email or phone within 48 hours.

2. The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on Luxe Pony Co.’s website and/or social media platforms.

Promotional Use of Photos

1. By entering the promotion and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Luxe Pony Co. to use photos taken on the day of the chauffeur service — including images featuring the winner and guests — for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials.

2. Luxe Pony Co. agrees not to use or distribute imagery in a defamatory or misleading context.

Liability

1. The chauffeured experience will be conducted safely and professionally; however, Luxe Pony Co. is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses except where required by law.

2. The vehicle is vintage and may be subject to mechanical issues or weather limitations; in such cases, Luxe Pony Co. reserves the right to reschedule the experience.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
